Want to add 14 years to your life?
No I haven't found the fountain of youth--but maybe we don't need it-- instead try some simple changes.
A new British study says we could all live about 14 years longer if we adopt just 4 healthy habits!
And the great thing is you may already be doing a lot of this good stuff and be adding time without even knowing it!
So here's the formula for long life:
Exercise at least 30 minutes a day-- ( hey at least they didn't say 3 hours)
Eat 5 servings of fruit and veggies a day--( I'm thinking fruit smoothies have to count!)
Don't smoke ( and if you do-- stop!)
and drink alcohol in moderation ( that's less than 2 drinks a day).
The researcheers say if we follow this lifestyle we can can reduce our risk of heart disease, cancer, and other chronic illnesses.
And imagine how good we'd feel:)
