Good find! There's also a fungus recently discovered in Patagonia that produces diesel. That has the advantage of eating cellulose (paper, for example), rather than sugar, which people might want to eat instead.


(Also, it's been nice seeing you back on News 12. Yes, you've obviously been back for a while, but still, I remember when you were alternating with Ken Grimball, I believe, standing on overpasses to report on the traffic...)
