It's a shame our government forgets about our veterans too. Everywhere you go you can't help but notice the veterans out on our streets who are forgotten and are now homeless without the counseling they so desperately need. It's such a shame that the very same people who were brave enough to fight for our country and for our freedom are so neglected and forgotten bt "Uncle Sam". It's wonderful that so many teachers and their students cared enough to send Valentin's cards to them and to lift their spirits when they need it most. As ateacher for 20 years, that is how I taught my kids in school how to write letters as opposed to copying meaningless letters printed in English books used in schools around the country. My hat's off to them!

You recently aired a piece on the Eastern Suffolk Boces Culinary Arts Program. My son is a student there, and was on camera as part of the segment. It aired mid January or so. Do you think I could somehow get a copy of this piece. His dad and I were thrilled to see it. It was great. Love you channel 12. Thanks for all you do.
